Hi everyone, I have started this thread in honour of a beautiful little ill baby boy named Moustafa Ali!

Moustafa has been in hospital at Randwick childrens hospital in the ICU (intensive care unit) for over a year now, he is very Ill with a disease called Vacteral which I will post more in depth about and is currently stable however still on the breathing ventilator with a tracheostomy!

The parents are currently in the process of trying to get their little soldier home and are trying to raise some funds to do so as it will cost them a very large amount of money which they don't have just to get their little fighter home in their possesion!

I ask everyone to try and dig deep for this little boy and help out in anyway possible, I will be posting up photos and info on how you could help, u can see more info on facebook just type in Allah yeshfi baby moustafa.

Sister, I just found out about this today, and done the research. Wallahi, tears stream down my face whenever I read wall posts about him, or see his photos. May Allah grant his family the patience they need in such times.

They are our close friends inshallah I want to push this thread for them, they are top parents and they deserve all the best, I knw wat they ate going through as me and my hubby lived that depressing hospital life, and by the will of Allah we got our little soldier home, now his best buddy Moustafa needs to get home and by the will of Allah he will! Let's get this rolling inshallah and spread the word!

More information about the rare syndrome which baby Moustafa has been diagnosed with:



VACTERL association: A nonrandom association of birth defects. VACTERL is an mnemonic in which the letters V, A, C, T, E, R, and L each stand for one or more type of malformation:

V = Vertebral anomalies; and
A = Anal atresia (no hole at the bottom end of the intestine);
C = Cardiac defect, most often ventricular septal defect;
TE = TracheoEsophageal fistula (communication between the esophagus and trachea) with esophageal atresia (part of the esophagus is not hollow);
R = Renal (kidney) abnormalities; and
L = Limb abnormalities, most often radial dysplasia (abnormal formation of the thumb or the radius bone in the forearm).

The hospital will be helping with like $200 000 worth of equipment but things like the modified van, modified bed and heaps if other stuff they actually need at home to set up in their own house the government doesn't cover, that's when us ppls from the community need to help out! Just the van alone costs bout $70 000 that's without modifications! It's very expensive and lil Moustafa our soldier can't go home till everything is set up :-(

Hey girlies, we are having a pre Ramadan picnic, but it's not ur usual picnic, this picnic is going to be held at the UMA centre and we thought well jazz it up a little this year as it is the school holidays and the kids are probably bored as usual!! So when: 16th july next Saturday, there will be jumping castle, kids craft corner, colourining competition, face painting, showbags, over 15 different variety stalls, and off course fooood, BBQ +drink for only $2, Plus there will be a free kids show, lots of giveaways and free ballons for the lil ones! Don't miss this great day!! Women and children ONLY!
11pm till 4pm
we will be collecting donations on this day for our lil baby Moustafa, visit the gift a smile stall to place donations even if it's a small donation it'll make a difference!

Well it just started the other day and it won't happen over night, so gradually inshAllah!

Inshallah if everyone trys to collect just from there households I'm pretty sure the Muslim community will indeed help them get out of hospital. The quicker we all put our hands together to help the faster they could get out of hospital, keep in mind that they've already haroom been there for a year 3 months already and it takes 3-4 months just to build the special van for him to go home with, so plz dnt ignore this act if charity the quicker we fundraise the quicker we stop the suffering of living in hospital for this family, just imagine it was you going through this, and believe me I know how it feels cuz I experienced it, subhanallah it is great hardship, imagine ur mum or sis or daughter not evn being able to take off a scarf and live in a hospital amongst kufaar, having trouble praying and doing worship, not seeing any family friends, not evn going outside to smell fresh air because ur restricted in taking care of ur sick child, not eating fresh food, no privacy, having to spend Ramadan in a hospital without ur loved ones, WOULD U BE ABLE TO LIVE THIS LIFE..... How can u turn ur back and ignore this??? Plz evryone try to fundraise for them, wel be collecting this Saturday at the UMA!

Doctors have previously told his parents that we will not make it past 3 days.... then again they said call the family to say their goodbyes, and subhanala allah proved them wrong everytime...

This little soldier by the will of allah keeps proving them wrong. Bismillah ala albu, he's 18months old now and alhamdula, despite all of his conditions he is still fighting e...veryday of his life and isnt giving up thru the will of allah....

Alhamdulillah by the will of allah he has come such a long way... All thanks and praise be to allah...

If nyone would like to send a EID gift to lil baby moustafa u can drop it off at the UMA centre tonight at the UMAcentre and place it with the gift a smile gifts which will be handed to all the sick children at Randwick childrens hospital. Plz label present for baby moustafa on a paper and attached it to present.
And remember the less fortunate this EID who wnt be spending their eid with families or at Eid show festivals. We are also still collecting donations in order to send baby moustafa home. Dnt underestimate evn the smallest amount.

Moustafa had his akikah over the weekend and humdulilah loved every second of it as much as he is loving home with his sisters and family. Inshallah ya rub it rays that way for him and his family and may Allah swt grant him a miracle inshallah. He is such a happy boy mashallah!
