About love

Asalaam Alaikum.

I have been told that love is pure and it is sent from Allah into our hearts, to love someone it is not haraam but telling them or nething else of that nature is. I would appreciate it if you could confirm tht plz and also is it allowed in islam to love some1 without telln them.

Wa alaikom assalam,

Loving someone for the sake of Allah, because this person fears Allah and
obeys is part of islam and eman, but its haram to love someone when they
disobey Allah or does the wrong thing, or loving the opposite gender.

And Allah knows better
