This topic is sensitive and it involve each and every type of Muslim so please pay intention on my talk

Number one reason for disunity in Muslim ummah is various sects we have as well as various school of
Thought among the Muslim ummah,you may call it madghab,maslak,muslah the major reason the various
Sects in Muslim ummah and various school of thought
It will be question answer each invidiousl ask him self what ever I question pose and give answer him self
so you come to know where each invidiousl stand
Normally if you ask any Muslim which is most authentic book in Islam he will say Quran
And after the quran which is best knowledge source of Islam he will say hadith,which ever type Muslim
he will be we agree that best source is quran after that it is hadith.
We know that there are different types of hadith there are sahih hadith(authentic),some are zaeef hadith(weak),
Some of them are mozoh hadith(fabiricated) and my question is which hadith should follow asnwer will be sahih
hadith no Muslim will disagree with that
One I ask a Muslim what is madghabb,school of thought or what is his madghab most of them tell me hanafi
Some may say they are shafi but i ask friend from out of Pakistan who are you they may say that im maliki or
hambali but in Pakistan or in India most of people call them self as shafi or hanafi these two are major groups
So my question is that why you are shafi not hanfi the common reply I get is because my parents were
shafi that why im shafi my next question is if your parent were hanafi then so more often I get reply
Even then I will be hanafi simple answer
But if I ask if your parents were non Muslim then what you will be, don’t let Me be misunderstood because
You tell me that you are accepting what you getting from your parents very logical you are now im asking if they were
Non Muslim then what you will be, then there is no reply to my this question
but problem is that we are not striving not doing jihad to get correct knowledge about Islam Allah say in quran
In surah 29 ayat 69
As for those who strive in our cause, We will surely guide them to
Our ways.
Now normaly we say to non Muslim that it is duty to strive to know what is haq but we them self not
Strive to get what knowledge we are given is right or wrong it is our duty to read quran and hadith
And to know what is really truth about Islam and not to depend on other
But if I ask what is better shafi or hanafi the most common reply is "charouh muslah barhaq haan"
(All the four school of thought are in truth that is common reply)
Important point I have to make before I start the topic the hadith not compile at time of imam when
The great imah were there sahih muslim and sahih bukhari come after the prophet died almost 200 years
And there is no doubt about quran that it is authentic or not and prophet forbid not to write hadith because so
People not mix up with quran after the died of Muhammad (S.A.W) people starting to saying thing which is not say
by prophet so these great scholar realize now it is time to collect hadith and verified right or wrong.
Now my question is that if a man touch a women accidentally then it wodooah remain or not
In Urdu we say ka wazoo tothi haan ka nahi,so the hanafi will reply that wodah does not breaks I say ok
Let go to next question
But in shafi madghab when i ask same question then he will said wodah will break (wodah toth jati hann)
I ask a next question can be both be simultaneous correct one muslim wodah breaks when he accidentally
Touch a when and other muslim wodah not break (im not asking who is correct, to who is correct then you have to have knowledge of quran and sunnah)
My question is simple can both are simulations correct.
If I say one teacher say 12x56 =672 and other teacher say 12x56=789 can both be simulations correct
The both teacher can not be correct you have to know math to know what is correct or take calculator
To check what is correct right
Now which is correct how we can know we have to check quran and autientic haidth as I say
Early,Allah say in the quran in surah 5 ayat 6
O ye who believe! When ye prepare for prayer wash your faces and your
Hands (and arms) to the elbows; rub your heads (with water); and (wash)
Your feet to the ankles. If ye are in a state of ceremonial impurity bathe
Your whole body. But if ye are ill or on a journey or one of you cometh from
Offices of nature or ye have been in contact with women and ye find no
Water then take for yourselves clean sand or earth and rub therewith your
Faces and hands.
Now base on that if you touch women you have to do wadooh no water then tayammam
Or you have to bath.
But now Arabic verse masah have to meaning if you look in Arabic dictionary one is physical touch other is
Sexual touch now these to imam the were great scholar now imam abu hanifa (R.A)
Took the meaning if touch sexual then you have to do wodah and imam shafi(R.A)
He took the meaning physical touch the wodah breaks but as we look other verse of the quran
In surah 3 ayat 47 this word masah is also there
She said: "O my Lord! How shall I have a son when no man hath touched
Me?” He said: "Even so: Allah createth what He willeth; when He hath
Decreed a plan He but saith to it `Be' and it is
Now here touch the same word masah is use we know that here it means sexual touch not
Physical in above verse maryam (A.S) say how can i have son when no one touch me.
Now if you can’t understand you have to go other source that is hadith saying of the prophet and
See that hadith authentic or not there is a hadith the sahih hadith in abu dawood vol1 hadith no 179
Aishah(R.A) say that ones prophet kiss one of his wife and went to prayer he did not perform
Ablution this hadith is classfied as sahih by mohadassen including shaikh nasir-ul-din albani
There are several shaih hadith even you read sahih bukahri vol1 no 519
When prophet was praying I was between Muhammad (S.A.W) and the qiblah
Before he do sajoodh he push my leg and i move my leg a side indicating
In salaah prophet touch the leg and yet continue the saalah.
Indicating that physical touch doesn’t break the wadoh and there are several hadith
Which tell us that physical touch doesn’t break wadoh
And prophet said any one who give opinion after research he or she gets two rewards
If opinion is correct and if opinion is wrong he gets one reward
Let me give another example in the salah after imam completed surah fateh
Should people say ameen or not according to hanafi maslaq you should say ameen
But according to shafi maslaq you should say ameen loudly
Again you have to go quran and hadith we can not find any verse which say you should say loudly or
Not but if you not find any thing next source is shaih hadith.
It is mention in sahih bukhari vol1 in the book of adhan chpt 111 there are three hadith
Allah's Apostle said, "When the Imam says:
'Ghair-il-Maghdubi 'Alaihim Walad-Dallin (i.e. not the
Path of those who earn Your Anger, nor the path of
Those who went astray,' (1.7)), then you must say,
'Ameen', for if one's utterance of 'Ameen' coincides
With that of the angels, then his past sins will be
Forgiven."
And the are 6 hadith in sahih muslim which say you should say ameen loudly
Now my point is not that imam abu hanfi is wrong or imam shafi is right
Or imam shafi is wrong and imam hanafi is right
As I told you that hadith was not complete at time of these imam so we may said that this hadith not
Reach imam shafi about wodaah and hadith of ammen not reach imam abu hanifa and at time of
These four imah hanfi,shafi,maliki,hanabal may Allah please them all the hadith was not complete it was
Continue and later on imam bukhari came imam muslim,trimdhi,abu dawood and later on the hadith was
Compile and base on what ever knowledge the have the give there opinion.
Some one can question me do you thing you are more intelligent then imam shafi or imam abu hanifa
I say no compare to them we are nothing the were far closer to prophet there knowledge there iman
We cannot compare but know is the age of science and technology you can know what is right or wrong
At that time to collect one hadith they have to travel 100 km, 1000km to collect hadith it is easy now

Newton, but if I or you passed bsc you may have know many things that Isaac Newton doesn’t know
And even you know what he make mistake in science but in brain that i have or you have is nothing
Compare to Isaac Newton because science was not develop enough and what he give in science was excellent
His research we can not compare
That way it is easy to know today hadith sahih or not it doesn’t mean that we are superiors to these imah or we have
More knowledge we are more intelligent not at all I cannot claim that and no one should claim that the unity of Muslim
ummah lie on ayat of quran Allah say in surah 3 ayat 103
wa- ictas.imo bi- h.abl 'allaah jamec(an) wa- laa tafarraqo
And hold fast all together by the rope which Allah (stretches out for you)
And be not divided among yourselves.
Which is rope of Allah it is Gloriuos quran and quran say in many places more than 20 verse of
The quran Allah say that "And obey Allah and the Messenger" so quran and shaih hadith are the rope
Of Allah and Allah say that you should hold fast and not be divided and Allah say in surah 6 ayat 159
"As for those who divide their religion and break up into sects thou hast
No part in them (telling the prophet) in them in the least: their affair is with Allah and quran continue
He will in the end tell them the truth of all that they did." and Allah repeats this message in surah rum ayat 31-32
"And be not ye among those who join gods with
Allah”. And Allah continues is next verse
"Those who split up their Religion and become (mere) Sects each
Party rejoicing in that which is with itself! And Allah repeats this message in surah Muminum ayat 53-54
But people have cut off their affair (of unity) between them into
Sects: each party rejoices in that which is with itself.
But leave them in their confused ignorance for a time. Allah repeats this message in Surah Shura ayat 13-14
And their are several verse in the quran which talk about this, so making sects in religion of islam is haram it is prohibited
But when one asks a Muslim, “who are you?”, the common answer is either ‘I
Am a Sunni, or ‘I am Shia’. Some call themselves Hanafi, or Shafi or Maliki or
Humbali. Some say ‘I am a Deobandi’, while some others say ‘I am a Barelvi’ or Ahale Dadees.
One may ask such Muslims, “Who was our beloved prophet (pbuh)? Was he a
Hanafi or a Shafi, or a Humbali or a Maliki?” No! He was a Muslim, like all the
Other prophets and messengers of Allah before him.
It is mentioned in chapter 3 verses 52 of Al-Qur’an that Jesus (pbuh) was a Muslim.
Further, in chapter 3 verse 67, Al-Qur’an says that Ibrahim (pbuh) was not a
Jew or a Christian but was a Muslim. And Allah Say In the quran in surah 22 verse 78
"And strive in His cause as ye ought to strive (with sincerity and under
Discipline): He has chosen you and has imposed no difficulties on you in
Religion; it is the cult of your father Abraham. It is He Who has named you
Muslims both before and in this (Revelation)". Allah say he call you Muslim in this Revelation and previous Revelation
so Allah give label as Muslim and Allah say in many places that call your self as Muslim
“Who is better in speech than one who calls (men) to Allah, works
Righteousness, and says, ‘I am of those who bow in Islam (Muslim)?’ ”
[Al-Qur’an 41:33] Allah repeats this message
And I am commanded to be the first of those who bow to Allah in
Muslim (Al-Qur’an 39:12) and thier more than seven verse in which Allah say call your self as muslim.
"fatwa is arabic word which means opinion"
We must respect all the great scholars of Islam, including the four Imaams,
Imam Abu Hanifa, Imam Shafi, Imam Humbal and Imam Malik (May Allah be
Pleased with them all). They were great scholars and may Allah reward them for
Their research and handwork.
But if we read the history of these great imah then we realize and understand what the said when we read the
History of imam abu hanifa(701-767) he told according to Abu yousuf one of imam abu hanifa student
imam abu hanifa said ya yaqoob "Go to those who Write down my opinion because i my say some thing today
But leave it tomorrow I my have opinion tomorrow I may leave it day after"
so imam abu hanifa discourage that people Write his opinion unless it was unanimous ajmah among
all the scholar other wise he doesn’t like that people writing his opinion
And according to one of his student zofar he says that imam shafi said that
"I forbid people to pass opinion with out proof base on my opinion" and further imam ibna abdul barq
He writes Abu hanifa said that
"The sahih hadith is my madhgab if you find any sahih hadith that is my madhgab"
According to his student Muhammad imam Abu hanifa said that
"If you find any of my fatwa (opinion) which goes against quran and saying of prophet
You should reject my opinion"
So if any one ask me after surah fateh do you say ameen loudly I say yes because it is in sahih hadith
But I am pakah(strong) hanifa because imam Abu hanifa said that "If you find any of my fatwa(opinion) which goes against quran and saying of prophet
You should reject my opinion" so I reject that way I am strong hanifa pakah
if hanifi means that you should follow teaching of imam abu hanifa then I am 100% hanifi other may be
60% or 70% hanifi
And according to ibna wahab some people came and ask imam malik while wodah do we have to
Wash between the the gap in fingers after every when went away then ibna wahab he told imam abu hanifa
And he give hadith and told the narrator and give the name of ravi the prophet did wash so imam shafi say yes that
Is good that is sahih hadith and later on any one asks imam malik same question so answer of his is yes
We should wash so he change his opinion what ever is sahih hadith is his opinion is base on it
And imam malik said "I am human I can mistake and I can correct some times if any of my opinion goes
Allah and his messenger reject my opinion" same thing
If maliki means that you should follow teaching of imam abu hanifa then i am 100% maliki other may be
60% or 70% maliki
And if you read the history during the caliphs abu jaffer and haroon rasheed both theses caliphs the wanted to
Print fatwa of imam malik known as muwata he says no because companion of prophet is spread in different parts
my judgment is knowledge is base on what ever limited knowledge I have imagine imam malik stop
Caliphs to make law of state as muwata he did not want to make his madhgab as law of state that was thinking of
imam malik
Next came imam shafi he was student of imam Abu hanifa and also imam shafi and imam shafi said it is
Not possible to any human to know every single hadith of prophet so it means that fatwa can be wrong
So that the reason he says if you find any opinion of imam malik or my opinion or imam abu hanifa or
Al hozare or athori look that where they got opinion from it means go to source and he said don’t follow
My opinion blindly see and go back where the get opinion from and imam shafi said
"if you find any sahih hadith that is my madhgab and repeat the same message that
"If you find any of my fatwa (opinion) which goes against quran and saying of prophet
You should reject my opinion"
If Shafi means that you should follow teaching of imam abu hanifa then I am 100% Shafi other may be
60% or 70% Shafi
And imam wrote a book of fatwa as al huja when he was in Baghdad later on when he travel to Egypt
And he came became he studies under imam ibna saad and he change his fatwa and wrote a new book
al umh so now we have qadeem(old) shafi book and jadeed(new) shafi book,so he change his opinion
When he studies with other imam and people have misconception that there was only four imams
the were many these fours are famous there great scholar at that time according to imam shafi he say
That imam ibna saad although imam shafi was student of imam malik but he said that imam ibna saad
Was far superior then imam malik in fiqh imam shafi only can said that we cant say that.
The fourth imah imam ibna hanbal also have same view and he was stronger because taqleed
Was started he say don’t Write my opinion and or imam abu hanifa or imam malik
If you want to know go to the source and say same things that
"If you find any of my fatwa (opinion) which goes against quran and saying of prophet
you should reject my opinion"
If hanbali means that you should follow teaching of imam abu hanbal then i am 100% hmabalother may be
60% or 70% hambali
If I ask you what the madgahb of the these great scholar what they will say they will not say im sjafi or hanafi
But they will say im muslim and what is mean by madghab means a way of life or sunnah(tariqa)
And all the four imah have madgahb of rasool (S.A.W)
All the four imah not came to start a new madghab and Allah say in the quran surah a nisa ayah 59
O ye who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Apostle and those charged
With authority among you.If ye differ in anything among yourselves refer
It to Allah and His Apostle
So quran say if you differ go back to Allah and his rasool and same things all the four imah say
That if you differ among over self then go back to real source which is quran and sunnah.
So my brother and sister we have duty in over in hand if any one tell you some thing about islam

Some may argue by quoting the hadith of our beloved Prophet from Sunan Abu
Dawood Hadith No. 4579. In this hadith the prophet (pbuh) is reported to have
Said, “My community will be split up into seventy-three sects.”
This hadith reports that the prophet predicted the emergence of seventy-three
sects. He did not say that Muslims should be active in dividing themselves into
sects. The Glorious Qur’an commands us not to create sects. Those who follow
the teachings of the Qur’an and Sahih Hadith, and do not create sects are the
people who are on the true path.
According to Tirmidhi Hadith No. 171, the prophet (pbuh) is reported to have
Said, “My Umma will be fragmented into seventy-three sects, and all of them will
Be in Hell fire except one groub.” The companions asked Allah’s messenger
Which group that would be. Where upon he replied, “It is the one to which I and
My companions belong.”
See making organization is not haram in islam but dont make sects for example I belong to
tnazzema islami organization or jamte islami or any organization if it is quran and sunnah
It is good organization if it is not then it is not a good organization but many people today
what the do if you not belongs to my organization then you are wrong it is haram in islam
Now another very important topic can Muslim be kafer or munafak or can we call them kafer or munafak
it in mention in sahih bukhari vol 8 no637
"if any Muslim who say kafer to another Muslim its comes back to him"
It mention in sahih bukhari vol 8 no 6103
"if any Muslim call another muslim kafer is as those he kills him"
So according to great scholar that you can not say kafer to another muslim or munafak and according
To sahaik shokhani do not call another believer a kafer until the prove is clear as the day time of the sun
And shaik ibna tahmiah the great scholar and respected by all muslim there is a book call to islam
The forty hadith in his this book in which it is mention and it is hadith of trimidhi no 2600
Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said, "I
command you to do five things: to maintain the
community, to listen, to obey, to emigrate, and to fight
in Allah's cause. He who secedes from the community as
much as a span has cast off the tie of Islam from his
neck unless he returns, and he who summons to what
the pre-Islamic people believed belongs to the
assemblies of Jahannam even if he fasts, prays, and
asserts that he is a Muslim."
After this hadith shaik ibna tahmiah(salafi scholar) say I don’t know which two things i thanks Allah more to brining
Me to Islam or keeping me away from Innovator and he say you can only say your self as Muslim
momin or abdullah and shaikh uthamiah say in his book until when we differ on page no 36
a Indian ask shaikh uthamiah(salafi scholar) a question in my country people call me on akhwani and tabhliqi
Are the on truth or false truth shaikh uthamiah give the reply if any one call you akhwani and tabhliqi
Or slafi is on false hood a man ask about two thing shaikh give three answer.
And today most great scholar shaikh answer nasir deen albani say if you say salafi and you are superior then it is wrong
And shaikh salaf also say same thing if you say salafi and you are superior then it is wrong and shaikh slah munjat
Say that you can not say im slafi that way im superior i only have key to go jnnah then it is wrong and he
Quote a hadith there was fight between ansar and muhajar at the time of prophet a ansar say oh ansar come
Here and muhajar say oh muhajar comes and help me and prophet come and say what is this call of jahlia
If you analyse calling ansar is not bad calling muhajar is not bad but here the making groups oh ansar
Come here oh muhajar help me and prophet forbid them doing so but in label you should call your self as Muslim
I know it is too big i like to end this topic by giving the opinion of these great shcolar which will open your mind
According to imam shafi you can only call your self what Allah and his messenger give and nothing else
is kofar but some one call another name in ignorance then he is not a kafer
shaikh ibna tahmiah do you know what he said if some prostrate to a man thinking that is it his deen
then he is not kafer until some one explain to it and yet he remain same shaikh ibna tahmiah what
a great personality further we read sahaik shokhani he said if some one prostrate to any one beside allah
In ignorance he is not unbeliever muhammad ibna wahab he said we do not call un beliver to those who
prostrate to grave of abdul qader or on the idol of grave ahmed dawi or likes on it
I like to end with hadith in sahih bukhari vol 3 no 3606
People used to ask the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) about the good
Times, but I used to ask him about the bad times fearing lest they should overtake
Me. I said: Messenger of Allah, we were in the midst of ignorance and evil, and
then God brought us this good (time through Islam). Is there any bad time after
this good one? He said: Yes. I asked: Will there be a good time again after that
bad time? He said: Yes, but in it will be a hidden evil. I asked: What will be the evil
hidden therein? He said: (That time will witness the rise of) the people who will
adopt ways other than mine and seek guidance other than mine. You will know
good points as well as bad points. I asked: Will there be a bad time after this
good one? He said: Yes. (A time will come) when there will be people standing and
inviting at the gates of Hell. Whoever responds to their call will be thrown into the
fire. I said: Messenger of Allah, describe them to us. He said: All right. They will be
a people having the same complexion as ours and speaking our language. I said:
Messenger of Allah, what do you suggest if I happen to live at that time? He said:
You should stay with the main body of the Muslims and their leader. I said: If they
have no (such thing as the) main body and have no leader? He said: Separate
yourself from all these sects, though you may have to eat the roots of trees (in
a jungle) until death comes to you when you are in this state.

But if I ask what is better shafi or hanafi the most common reply is "charouh muslah barhaq haan"
(All the four school of thought are in truth that is common reply)
Important point I have to make before I start the topic the hadith not compile at time of imam when
The great imah were there sahih muslim and sahih bukhari come after the prophet died almost 200 years
And there is no doubt about quran that it is authentic or not and prophet forbid not to write hadith because so

Now my question is that if a man touch a women accidentally then it wodooah remain or not
In Urdu we say ka wazoo tothi haan ka nahi,so the hanafi will reply that wodah does not breaks I say ok

But in shafi madghab when i ask same question then he will said wodah will break (wodah toth jati hann)
I ask a next question can be both be simultaneous correct one muslim wodah breaks when he accidentally
Touch a when and other muslim wodah not break (im not asking who is correct, to who is correct then you have to have knowledge of quran and sunnah)
My question is simple can both are simulations correct.
If I say one teacher say 12x56 =672 and other teacher say 12x56=789 can both be simulations correct
The both teacher can not be correct you have to know math to know what is correct or take calculator

O ye who believe! When ye prepare for prayer wash your faces and your

Your feet to the ankles. If ye are in a state of ceremonial impurity bathe
Your whole body. But if ye are ill or on a journey or one of you cometh from
Offices of nature or ye have been in contact with women and ye find no
Water then take for yourselves clean sand or earth and rub therewith your
Faces and hands.
Now base on that if you touch women you have to do wadooh no water then tayammam
Or you have to bath.
But now Arabic verse masah have to meaning if you look in Arabic dictionary one is physical touch other is
Sexual touch now these to imam the were great scholar now imam abu hanifa (R.A)
Took the meaning if touch sexual then you have to do wodah and imam shafi(R.A)
He took the meaning physical touch the wodah breaks but as we look other verse of the quran
In surah 3 ayat 47 this word masah is also there
She said: "O my Lord! How shall I have a son when no man hath touched
Me?” He said: "Even so: Allah createth what He willeth; when He hath
Decreed a plan He but saith to it `Be' and it is
Now here touch the same word masah is use we know that here it means sexual touch not
Physical in above verse maryam (A.S) say how can i have son when no one touch me.
Now if you can’t understand you have to go other source that is hadith saying of the prophet and

Aishah(R.A) say that ones prophet kiss one of his wife and went to prayer he did not perform

It is mention in sahih bukhari vol1 in the book of adhan chpt 111 there are three hadith
Allah's Apostle said, "When the Imam says:

Path of those who earn Your Anger, nor the path of

'Ameen', for if one's utterance of 'Ameen' coincides

And the are 6 hadith in sahih muslim which say you should say ameen loudly
Now my point is not that imam abu hanfi is wrong or imam shafi is right
Or imam shafi is wrong and imam hanafi is right
As I told you that hadith was not complete at time of these imam so we may said that this hadith not
Reach imam shafi about wodaah and hadith of ammen not reach imam abu hanifa and at time of
These four imah hanfi,shafi,maliki,hanabal may Allah please them all the hadith was not complete it was
Continue and later on imam bukhari came imam muslim,trimdhi,abu dawood and later on the hadith was

That way it is easy to know today hadith sahih or not it doesn’t mean that we are superiors to these imah or we have
More knowledge we are more intelligent not at all I cannot claim that and no one should claim that the unity of Muslim
ummah lie on ayat of quran Allah say in surah 3 ayat 103
wa- ictas.imo bi- h.abl 'allaah jamec(an) wa- laa tafarraqo
And hold fast all together by the rope which Allah (stretches out for you)
And be not divided among yourselves.
Which is rope of Allah it is Gloriuos quran and quran say in many places more than 20 verse of
The quran Allah say that "And obey Allah and the Messenger" so quran and shaih hadith are the rope
Of Allah and Allah say that you should hold fast and not be divided and Allah say in surah 6 ayat 159
"As for those who divide their religion and break up into sects thou hast
No part in them (telling the prophet) in them in the least: their affair is with Allah and quran continue
He will in the end tell them the truth of all that they did." and Allah repeats this message in surah rum ayat 31-32
"And be not ye among those who join gods with
Allah”. And Allah continues is next verse
"Those who split up their Religion and become (mere) Sects each
Party rejoicing in that which is with itself! And Allah repeats this message in surah Muminum ayat 53-54
But people have cut off their affair (of unity) between them into
Sects: each party rejoices in that which is with itself.
But leave them in their confused ignorance for a time. Allah repeats this message in Surah Shura ayat 13-14
And their are several verse in the quran which talk about this, so making sects in religion of islam is haram it is prohibited
But when one asks a Muslim, “who are you?”, the common answer is either ‘I
Am a Sunni, or ‘I am Shia’. Some call themselves Hanafi, or Shafi or Maliki or
Humbali. Some say ‘I am a Deobandi’, while some others say ‘I am a Barelvi’ or Ahale Dadees.
One may ask such Muslims, “Who was our beloved prophet (pbuh)? Was he a
Hanafi or a Shafi, or a Humbali or a Maliki?” No! He was a Muslim, like all the
Other prophets and messengers of Allah before him.
It is mentioned in chapter 3 verses 52 of Al-Qur’an that Jesus (pbuh) was a Muslim.
Further, in chapter 3 verse 67, Al-Qur’an says that Ibrahim (pbuh) was not a
Jew or a Christian but was a Muslim. And Allah Say In the quran in surah 22 verse 78
"And strive in His cause as ye ought to strive (with sincerity and under
Discipline): He has chosen you and has imposed no difficulties on you in
Religion; it is the cult of your father Abraham. It is He Who has named you
Muslims both before and in this (Revelation)". Allah say he call you Muslim in this Revelation and previous Revelation
so Allah give label as Muslim and Allah say in many places that call your self as Muslim
“Who is better in speech than one who calls (men) to Allah, works
Righteousness, and says, ‘I am of those who bow in Islam (Muslim)?’ ”
[Al-Qur’an 41:33] Allah repeats this message
And I am commanded to be the first of those who bow to Allah in
Muslim (Al-Qur’an 39:12) and thier more than seven verse in which Allah say call your self as muslim.
"fatwa is arabic word which means opinion"
We must respect all the great scholars of Islam, including the four Imaams,
Imam Abu Hanifa, Imam Shafi, Imam Humbal and Imam Malik (May Allah be
Pleased with them all). They were great scholars and may Allah reward them for
Their research and handwork.
But if we read the history of these great imah then we realize and understand what the said when we read the
History of imam abu hanifa(701-767) he told according to Abu yousuf one of imam abu hanifa student
imam abu hanifa said ya yaqoob "Go to those who Write down my opinion because i my say some thing today
But leave it tomorrow I my have opinion tomorrow I may leave it day after"
so imam abu hanifa discourage that people Write his opinion unless it was unanimous ajmah among
all the scholar other wise he doesn’t like that people writing his opinion
And according to one of his student zofar he says that imam shafi said that
"I forbid people to pass opinion with out proof base on my opinion" and further imam ibna abdul barq
He writes Abu hanifa said that
"The sahih hadith is my madhgab if you find any sahih hadith that is my madhgab"
According to his student Muhammad imam Abu hanifa said that
"If you find any of my fatwa (opinion) which goes against quran and saying of prophet
You should reject my opinion"
So if any one ask me after surah fateh do you say ameen loudly I say yes because it is in sahih hadith
But I am pakah(strong) hanifa because imam Abu hanifa said that "If you find any of my fatwa(opinion) which goes against quran and saying of prophet
You should reject my opinion" so I reject that way I am strong hanifa pakah
if hanifi means that you should follow teaching of imam abu hanifa then I am 100% hanifi other may be
60% or 70% hanifi
And according to ibna wahab some people came and ask imam malik while wodah do we have to
Wash between the the gap in fingers after every when went away then ibna wahab he told imam abu hanifa
And he give hadith and told the narrator and give the name of ravi the prophet did wash so imam shafi say yes that
Is good that is sahih hadith and later on any one asks imam malik same question so answer of his is yes
We should wash so he change his opinion what ever is sahih hadith is his opinion is base on it
And imam malik said "I am human I can mistake and I can correct some times if any of my opinion goes
Allah and his messenger reject my opinion" same thing
If maliki means that you should follow teaching of imam abu hanifa then i am 100% maliki other may be
60% or 70% maliki
And if you read the history during the caliphs abu jaffer and haroon rasheed both theses caliphs the wanted to
Print fatwa of imam malik known as muwata he says no because companion of prophet is spread in different parts

Next came imam shafi he was student of imam Abu hanifa and also imam shafi and imam shafi said it is

So that the reason he says if you find any opinion of imam malik or my opinion or imam abu hanifa or
Al hozare or athori look that where they got opinion from it means go to source and he said don’t follow
My opinion blindly see and go back where the get opinion from and imam shafi said
"if you find any sahih hadith that is my madhgab and repeat the same message that
"If you find any of my fatwa (opinion) which goes against quran and saying of prophet
You should reject my opinion"
If Shafi means that you should follow teaching of imam abu hanifa then I am 100% Shafi other may be
60% or 70% Shafi
And imam wrote a book of fatwa as al huja when he was in Baghdad later on when he travel to Egypt
And he came became he studies under imam ibna saad and he change his fatwa and wrote a new book
al umh so now we have qadeem(old) shafi book and jadeed(new) shafi book,so he change his opinion
When he studies with other imam and people have misconception that there was only four imams
the were many these fours are famous there great scholar at that time according to imam shafi he say
That imam ibna saad although imam shafi was student of imam malik but he said that imam ibna saad
Was far superior then imam malik in fiqh imam shafi only can said that we cant say that.
The fourth imah imam ibna hanbal also have same view and he was stronger because taqleed
Was started he say don’t Write my opinion and or imam abu hanifa or imam malik
If you want to know go to the source and say same things that
"If you find any of my fatwa (opinion) which goes against quran and saying of prophet
you should reject my opinion"
If hanbali means that you should follow teaching of imam abu hanbal then i am 100% hmabalother may be
60% or 70% hambali
If I ask you what the madgahb of the these great scholar what they will say they will not say im sjafi or hanafi
But they will say im muslim and what is mean by madghab means a way of life or sunnah(tariqa)
And all the four imah have madgahb of rasool (S.A.W)
All the four imah not came to start a new madghab and Allah say in the quran surah a nisa ayah 59
O ye who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Apostle and those charged
With authority among you.If ye differ in anything among yourselves refer
It to Allah and His Apostle
So quran say if you differ go back to Allah and his rasool and same things all the four imah say
That if you differ among over self then go back to real source which is quran and sunnah.

Some may argue by quoting the hadith of our beloved Prophet from Sunan Abu
Dawood Hadith No. 4579. In this hadith the prophet (pbuh) is reported to have
Said, “My community will be split up into seventy-three sects.”
This hadith reports that the prophet predicted the emergence of seventy-three
sects. He did not say that Muslims should be active in dividing themselves into
sects. The Glorious Qur’an commands us not to create sects. Those who follow
the teachings of the Qur’an and Sahih Hadith, and do not create sects are the
people who are on the true path.
According to Tirmidhi Hadith No. 171, the prophet (pbuh) is reported to have
Said, “My Umma will be fragmented into seventy-three sects, and all of them will
Be in Hell fire except one groub.” The companions asked Allah’s messenger
Which group that would be. Where upon he replied, “It is the one to which I and
My companions belong.”
See making organization is not haram in islam but dont make sects for example I belong to
tnazzema islami organization or jamte islami or any organization if it is quran and sunnah
It is good organization if it is not then it is not a good organization but many people today
what the do if you not belongs to my organization then you are wrong it is haram in islam
Now another very important topic can Muslim be kafer or munafak or can we call them kafer or munafak
it in mention in sahih bukhari vol 8 no637
"if any Muslim who say kafer to another Muslim its comes back to him"
It mention in sahih bukhari vol 8 no 6103
"if any Muslim call another muslim kafer is as those he kills him"
So according to great scholar that you can not say kafer to another muslim or munafak and according
To sahaik shokhani do not call another believer a kafer until the prove is clear as the day time of the sun
And shaik ibna tahmiah the great scholar and respected by all muslim there is a book call to islam
The forty hadith in his this book in which it is mention and it is hadith of trimidhi no 2600
Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said, "I
command you to do five things: to maintain the
community, to listen, to obey, to emigrate, and to fight
in Allah's cause. He who secedes from the community as
much as a span has cast off the tie of Islam from his
neck unless he returns, and he who summons to what
the pre-Islamic people believed belongs to the
assemblies of Jahannam even if he fasts, prays, and
asserts that he is a Muslim."
After this hadith shaik ibna tahmiah(salafi scholar) say I don’t know which two things i thanks Allah more to brining
Me to Islam or keeping me away from Innovator and he say you can only say your self as Muslim
momin or abdullah and shaikh uthamiah say in his book until when we differ on page no 36
a Indian ask shaikh uthamiah(salafi scholar) a question in my country people call me on akhwani and tabhliqi
Are the on truth or false truth shaikh uthamiah give the reply if any one call you akhwani and tabhliqi
Or slafi is on false hood a man ask about two thing shaikh give three answer.
And today most great scholar shaikh answer nasir deen albani say if you say salafi and you are superior then it is wrong
And shaikh salaf also say same thing if you say salafi and you are superior then it is wrong and shaikh slah munjat
Say that you can not say im slafi that way im superior i only have key to go jnnah then it is wrong and he
Quote a hadith there was fight between ansar and muhajar at the time of prophet a ansar say oh ansar come
Here and muhajar say oh muhajar comes and help me and prophet come and say what is this call of jahlia
If you analyse calling ansar is not bad calling muhajar is not bad but here the making groups oh ansar
Come here oh muhajar help me and prophet forbid them doing so but in label you should call your self as Muslim
I know it is too big i like to end this topic by giving the opinion of these great shcolar which will open your mind
According to imam shafi you can only call your self what Allah and his messenger give and nothing else
is kofar but some one call another name in ignorance then he is not a kafer

People used to ask the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) about the good
Times, but I used to ask him about the bad times fearing lest they should overtake
Me. I said: Messenger of Allah, we were in the midst of ignorance and evil, and
then God brought us this good (time through Islam). Is there any bad time after
this good one? He said: Yes. I asked: Will there be a good time again after that
bad time? He said: Yes, but in it will be a hidden evil. I asked: What will be the evil
hidden therein? He said: (That time will witness the rise of) the people who will
adopt ways other than mine and seek guidance other than mine. You will know
good points as well as bad points. I asked: Will there be a bad time after this
good one? He said: Yes. (A time will come) when there will be people standing and
inviting at the gates of Hell. Whoever responds to their call will be thrown into the
fire. I said: Messenger of Allah, describe them to us. He said: All right. They will be
a people having the same complexion as ours and speaking our language. I said:
Messenger of Allah, what do you suggest if I happen to live at that time? He said:
You should stay with the main body of the Muslims and their leader. I said: If they
have no (such thing as the) main body and have no leader? He said: Separate
yourself from all these sects, though you may have to eat the roots of trees (in
a jungle) until death comes to you when you are in this state.
