Basically what you have to do is say a word in arabic. The next person who nows the english meaning to the word has to say the meaning along with another arabic word. And thats how it goes on.

Ihsan is how the prophet PBUH described it in the famouys hadith where he was asked by the angel jibreel what is ihsan? he said Ihsan is to worship allah as if you see him, and though you dont see him, know that he sees you. It is an excellent character of faith to have which is above eman.

More or less yes you are right. Fawahesh is the plural for the word fahisha. A fahisha can mean other haram things such as gambling and alcohol also.

ayaat is the plural for ayat. Ayat has several meanings. It generally means a verse in the quran, but can also mean an example, as mentioned in surat yasin where allah swt refers to the story of Prophet Nuh as an example.

Omar bin khattab was named al farook, as farook nmeans the distinguisher between right and wrong. Subhan Allah how one man was a farook.

Namimah means backbiting/slandering. Subhan Allah his is one of the most common reasons for punishment in the grave, and we ask Allah SWT to protect us from the punishment of the grave.

The prophet PBUH said, la tarmu anfusakum bil namimah. translated means do not fall into backbiting/slandering.
