need help with my avator please

Salamu alakom,

Subhanallah iv tried like 10 times to set up my avator, i went to profiles than the avator thingy majigy on the left hand side, browsed my pic, slicked submit and nothing happens, any advice will be very appreciated, jaazak Allahu kheiran,

try and upload it to a photobucket account... then copy the url of the picture and paste it the 3 rd option of avatar control panel

The only reason I can think of for why it is not uploading is if it is its width is greater than 150 pixels, the height is greater than 150 pixels, or the filse size is more than 98 KB.

You could try as brother MrwarwEnib has stated and upload it to either photobucket (http://photobucket.com/) or imageshack (http://imageshack.us/).. but as photobucket is currently undergoing maintenance your best option if you choose to go this way is with imageshack.

If you are unsure on what you need to do please find details below

Imageshack

1. Upload the pic here at imageshack (http://imageshack.us/)

2. Click browse, choose the image from your pc then click upload

3. Copy the last link that will appear on the page that says Direct link to image

4. Paste the link in this part

The same process is done for photobucket.

this is the 3rd row .. make sure its in the 3rd row and not 2nd they look very similiar!
