To all our beloved brothers and respected sisters,
The Main purpose of this forum is for the members of Sydney Muslim Youth to be able to ask Sheikh Shady and our resident student of knowledge, Ustadh Omar.
We ask members to refrain from answering questions from their own opinion as this could lead to giving a false fatwa, or forbidding something which is halal or permitting something which is haram. This matter is one that should not be taken lightly.
And say not concerning that which your tongues put forth falsely: "This is lawful and this is forbidden," so as to invent lies against Allah. Verily, those who invent lies against Allah will never prosper.A passing brief enjoyment (will be theirs), but they will have a painful torment. (An-Nahl 16: 116-117)
When questions are asked these threads will be locked. If you wish to add on a question after you have recived a reply from the Student of Knowlegde, it would be appreciated if you would create a new thread with RE: the title of the post.
May Allah reward you all, and May Allah forgive all our sins, increase our eman and good deeds and Allow us to enter Jannah.
