sister travelling overseas

Assalamu Alaikum

I am a revert to Islam and my family are Catholic. If i wish to go overseas but my father, uncles, brothers etc do not wish to come with me is it permisable for me to go with my Muslim friends?.

Wa alaikom assalam,

You are allowed to go overseas with them if there is a necessity or for the sake of hajj, if they are good religious trustworthy females.

And Allah knows better
