This hadith is an authentic and being mentioned by the prophet to show how merciful Allah is but does not limit or restrict Allah's mercy by saying he has 100 mercies, because Allah and his attributes are not limited. IT means that Allah had created 100 mercies for mankind one he sent in this world and the other 99 kept it for the hereafter.


And Allah knows better
