Assalaamu Alaikum WRB,

I haven't been here ever since I signed up and introduced myself here. I've just been very busy with work, settling down, etc. Because my laziness, it seems I've missed out on a golden opportunity on catching Mohamed Alshareef's talks here in Sydney :( I feel so sad. I really wanted to meet him. Masha Allah from what I've seen of him online he is very really an inspiring speaker.

So it turns out he was here over the weekend and I was wondering if anyone got a chance to see him in person. How did it go?

Walakum Salaam Warahmutallahi Wabarakatuh!

Welcome to the forums akhi. Alhumdulilah i actually met the brother and spoke with him, his very open minded very passionate speaker. his lecturing don't attract all people since people like the motovating ones, but his more of where he gets in your head and you start thinking.

Well if you want to watch these lectures, they are available at the Ummahgear shop in regents park.

Well anyways Insh'Allah you benefit and enjoy your stay.

Thanks for the response brothers/sisters.

I have seen quite a few of his lectures online. Go to youtube.com and search for Desert Rose - it's just amazing! You should also catch his halaqa series on the perished nations. A quick search on google should get you there.

Masha Allah, I think he's great. From what I know, he's a motivational speaker by profession, and does dawah on the side. Perhaps it's the other way around... hehehh. Correct me if I'm wrong, but he's also educated from Medinah Uni from what I remember...
