Doubting in wudu & prayer

I am a person who is always doudting during the wudu and also the prayers, and Sometimes it can happen that I pray more than two times, or make the wudu more than 3 times just because I think that I lost it. but the thing is that this happens to me only in the praying times.And also the ghousl
