Asslamu alaikum

shiekh, i would like to know under what circumstances does a woman have the right to divore her husband?

for example, if a womans husband does not pray and practise the teachings of islam, does she have the right to divorce her husband?

Wa alaikom assalam

There is few reasons that she can get divorce from her husband, and
offcourse that divorce must be through the sheikh, it depends on the reason, one of those reason that the husband is not giving his wife her rights.
