Earings

i have a freind of mine who is far from islam but same time, he doesnt go clubbing, doesnt go out at night, etc. so im trying to make him go to mosq everyday etc. noww what my hot debate with him is that for him not to wear a earing!! i told him u look like a tont with it and its haroum, but he doesnt listen and same time i am not good at kind advices, my methods are a hit at the back of the head or :gun:, so yeah need help..... any advices??

Long hair is halal, unless the intention (intentions can only be conscious) is to immitate the opposite sex.

Also, it looks pretty awesome.

I've had it since I was about 14. I can't part with it.

no its in the Sunnah to have long hair :D Our prophet (SAW) used to only cut his hair when it was during hajj. but bout the earings, i dont know bout the religous views on it but guys that got it look like tonts!!!
