Salam a3laycom,
in the taraweeh prayer, when there is a break in between them we have to do some sort of 3ibadah. this includes du3a tasbih, durood etc. the mosque im attending, do this really loud and sing it. is this permissible or is it bid3a and does the 3ibadah have to be done silently?

There is no hadith of the prophet about diker between the taraweeh prayer, the scholars say the length that’s between taraweeh prayer is as long as someone saying subahnallah and alhaumdullilah wa allahu akbar wala hawla wala quwwat ella billahe alaleye alatheem, and if you do say it (which you don’t have to) you say it silently.
