contact lenses in ramadan

asalam alaikom sheik,
i have a problem with my eyes and need to wear clear contacts because without them i cannot see properly.....
i heard that in ramadan you cant put anything in your eyes otherwise you would break your fast.

so is it ok to wear clear contact lenses :shock:
