    Default Renew marriage?

    If a spouse is unfaithful does this nullify their marriage under Islamic law? Does the nikah, or marriage, have to be renewed??

    Assalamu Alaykoum,

    If a spouse is unfaithful, it does not nullify the marriage and it does not have to be renewed.
